Our Mission
Floor plans hold the information that renovation, construction, sales and building operations depend on. For most buildings, though, that information is locked in drawings, scans and PDFs.
Tectly builds AI models that make floor plans machine-readable: accurate geometry, topology and semantics, delivered through tools that are easy to integrate. Software vendors, sales and trade organizations and enterprises build their products and internal tools on this data. Where they need more, we support them with integration consulting, custom solutions and models trained on their own data.
Artificial Intelligence
For over five years, we have been developing image processing and recognition techniques using machine learning. Working with large datasets, training models, and deploying them in real time has made us MLOps experts.
Application
With a background in software engineering, we know what it takes to make AI scalable and easy to integrate. We build our models and tools for the software vendors, trade organizations and enterprises that put them in front of their users.
Data Privacy
We place great importance on protecting our customers’ data. Most building owners don’t want their building plans in third-party hands. That’s why we run our own models on scalable infrastructure located in Germany.
